ProTouch PowerWash provides pressure washing, soft washing, and related exterior cleaning services in the Houston, Texas metropolitan area. All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and our standard scheduling process.

Scope Requests and Pricing

Pricing discussed through our website or direct consultation is based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs from what was described during the request process. Pricing changes should be communicated before work begins.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Scheduled work is subject to weather, equipment availability, property access, and other circumstances beyond our control. These factors may require rescheduling. Cancellations made close to the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For commercial and recurring service contracts, net-30 payment terms may be available upon approval.

Service Review

If you have concerns about completed work, contact us through the website so the issue can be reviewed against the agreed scope, surface condition, and property notes. Any follow-up work depends on the agreed scope and the condition of the affected surface.

Property Access and Preparation

By scheduling services, you authorize our crew to access the areas of your property that require cleaning. You are responsible for removing or securing personal items, vehicles, and fragile objects from work areas before our arrival. ProTouch PowerWash is not responsible for damage to items left in work areas.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by conditions not visible during the initial assessment. Exterior cleaning can involve surface and site risks that should be considered before work begins.
