Scope Request

Share the surfaces, access notes, and project context you want reviewed.

How We Scope Work

A useful pressure washing request starts with the surface, the stain, the access, and the surrounding site conditions. Photos and notes help separate routine washing from soft-wash planning, stain treatment, runoff control, or commercial scheduling needs.

01

Identify Surfaces

Name the surfaces involved, such as concrete, pavers, siding, stucco, roof material, wood, brick, storefront walks, parking edges, or dumpster pads.

02

Flag Stains and Constraints

Include oil, power steering fluid, clay runoff, algae, pollen, rust, loose paint, failing mortar, landscaping, storm drains, pets, gates, tenants, and water access.

03

Review Method and Timing

The request is reviewed for soft wash versus pressure washing fit, surface sensitivity, runoff planning, access windows, and any school, HOA, business, or event timing constraints.

What Helps a Scope Review?

Surface Photos

Photos help show staining, access, nearby fixtures, and surface condition.

Access Notes

Gate codes, parking limits, tenant needs, and water access can affect the plan.

Material Details

Siding type, roof material, concrete age, coatings, and loose paint all matter.

Timing Needs

Preferred timing, HOA requirements, and business access windows help shape scheduling.

Sensitive Areas

Note landscaping, drainage concerns, outdoor outlets, fragile trim, and delicate surfaces.
